Work through the framework.
Choose a role family
Identify the responsibilities and environments you want to work in. Start with a focused group of roles rather than applying indiscriminately.
Prepare your evidence
Match actual experience to common requirements. Keep a small bank of examples, work samples and achievements you can support.
Track the process
Record the role, organisation, date, source, tailored documents, next action and status. Keep sensitive information out of a public tracker.
Review the pattern
Look at which applications progress and where the process stops. Use that information to decide whether to improve targeting, documents or interview preparation.
Keep the routine realistic
Set a pace you can maintain. Leave time for learning, conversations and rest as well as applications. The purpose is a repeatable process, not an arbitrary volume target.
